An excellent set of 100 RBF and red blaze face Simmental bred heifers will be offered for sale on December 3.

These extremely quiet heifers weigh approximately 1,100–1,200 lb under ranch conditions. They have been raised on the ranch, rather than in a feedlot, and were all palpated this spring for breeding and calving soundness.

BREEDING DETAILS

Breeding includes AI to Six Mile Fifth Sense and exposure to proven easy-calving Shiloh Red Angus bulls.

• 50 head were AI’d June 10 and 11, then exposed to proven easy-calving Shiloh Red Angus bulls from June 14 to August 1.

• 50 head were exposed to two Shiloh Red Angus bulls from June 8 to August 1. Both bulls had birth weights of 73 lb.

A great opportunity to select quiet, ranch-raised bred heifers for your herd. Watch the attached slideshow for a closer look at this offering, and mark December 3 on your calendar.
