Having received instructions from Don Smith we will sell by public auction on farm, located at NE 3-39-23 W4M. Directions from Stettler head west on Highway 12 to Highway 11 take Highway 11 towards Red Deer past the 601 Junction, over the tracks and its’s the first place on the South side of highway. Directions from Alix head south on 601 turn west on Highway 11 over the tracks first place on the south side of highway, Blue sign 23211. Watch for signs.

There will be a 10% non refundable deposit due the day of the sale on the land purchase only, with 45 days to close.
