128 Council St Monitor Ab. Directions from Hwy 12 turnoff at Monitor head South on Council street for 3 blocks property is on the West side of the road.

This parcel of land consists of 6 25ft x 115ft lots to make a total lot area of 150ft x 115ft. Located on the north 2 lots is a 14ft x 68ft 1976 mobile home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. This home is currently run on propane, coal and solar with the option to hook back up to natural gas already run to the property. There is a Dyna 5000 backup generator that will sell with the property. This home has a field sewage system with a monitor and indicator lights on the septic system and is connected to town water.
